Working Conditions- travel, field/ home based, shift schedules, employment type (full time vs part time): Full Time role, 75% travel required

Expand market coverage
Proactively identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage in the assigned zones while balance the adequate market distribution and penetration. Provide innovative ideas and suggestions to improve effectiveness and capture new opportunities"
Focused on Data driven Decision Making
Utilize the data solutions provided by organization to monitor and ensure the execution.
Understand the strategic importance of each customer from the AM and play the part as decided with AM to service the customer better. Reporting competitive activity, schemes & related developments from the market
Focused on tech enablement and Digital Ways of Working
Leverage all the digital platforms and transformations effectively to make data/fact based decisions & recommendations. Adapt and master the new digital ways of working and norms as laid by the company.
Education and experience requirement:
* MBA profile: MBA with 1/2 years of experience in FMCG/ non FMCG sector working at a similar role
* Non MBA profile: 3/4 years of experience working as a TSE in FMCG/ 4/5 years exp working in non FMCG
