j. Maintain HR records, including leave, attendance, employee files, compensation and benefits information.
k. Prepare monthly payrool & disburse employees salary.
l. Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
m. Oversee and manage employee wellness and safety programs.
n. Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
o. Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
p. Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HR processes.
q. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
r. Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Qualification: BBA/MBA in HRM/Management/Public Administration
PGD in HRM will get preferences
