Medical Officer

Key Responsibility Areas:
> Provide high quality, structured primary care consultations, including history taking, examination, diagnosis, and treatment.
> Provide on-call/hub consultations as per requirement.
> Counsel patients on treatment options and coordinate next steps, including behavior change, referrals, diagnostic tests, prescriptions, and/or follow up consultations.
> Generate patient prescriptions in medical record platform.
>  Engage with continuing medical education and other training relating to fields of interest, soft skills and cultural competency, and emerging health issues.
>  Participate in weekly team meetings.
> Leverage clinical protocols, care pathways, and other tools to deliver world-class care to patients.
>  Deliver care to the highest standards of empathy, technical quality, compassion, and integrity.

Education & Experience Qualification:
> MBBS Degree from reputed Public and private medical College/University.
> 1-2 years of relevant field.
Additional Requirements :
> Good communication skills in both English and Bangla
> An aptitude for hard work & building relationship with healthcare professionals
