Manager, Supply Chain

We are hiring for a reputed Electronics company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
>· Ensure an efficient and value-adding operational Demand Planning Process with significant improvements in the areas of connection, communication and alignment
>· Ensures market and commercial priorities are appropriately reflected in S&OP(Demand) Plans
>· Monitoring stock levels and directing production capacities according to demand progress
>· Assure close collaborations with the category / sales teams on growth drivers, sales forecast, and inventory management.
>· Communicate demand plans and related assumptions, deviations from plan and important information into the supply organization by finding an appropriate structure, cadence and agenda with the monthly cycle
>· Analyzing all data related to creating the sales forecast and to determine the capacities to work on plant basis (past sales, stocks, budgets, market trends, seasonality, promotions etc.)
>· Communicate with Global and Local vendors to initiate the procurement process, negotiate to obtain the best price to remain competitive in market.
>· Monitor the procurement team for proper execution of local and foreign procurement.
>· Engagement of freight forwarder considering the cost and shipment time.
>· Monitoring the Customs Clearing activities.
>· Prepare management reports and initiate necessary action based on outcome of the report.
EDUCATION LEVEL
>· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Business/ Supply Chain or related discipline.
>· MBA preferred.
EXPERIENCE
· At least 10 years, including 5+ years in Planning & Procurement
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
· High-level proficiency in MS- PowerPoint and MS- Excel
· Power BI is a plus
· Problem-solving & pressure handling capacity
· Data analysis skill
· Solid IFS / ERP System knowledge
