Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial statement (Profit and Loss Statement, COGS Statement, Cash Flow Statement, Aging (AR, AP and Inventory), of the company within 5th date of the month.
- Monitoring accounts receivable (sales party) and accounts payable (supplier) balance to maintain optimum cash flow of the company (including bank reconciliation).
- Prepare monthly salary sheet and TA & DA statement.
- Prepare monthly budget variance analysis report.
- Prepare monthly financial performance analysis presentation.
- Review and process suppliers bill along with tax and VAT deduction and arranging payment requirement timely maintaining collaboration with head office finance and accounts team.
- Preparation monthly cash flow by preparing cash flow projection (8 Weeks Cash flow forecast and 3 months rolling forecast).
- Biannually business plan and BHAG preparation (as per requirement by top management).
- Prepare of annual budget preparation and review of budget.
Implementation new VAT and SD Act, 2012 (value declaration, corresponding with VAT office) and review monthly VAT return.
- Preparation of product costing and Pricing (as and when required).
Initiate cost savings measure along with cost control activities as and when required.
- Initiation of QPS monitoring and Tour Bill status monitoring as an when required.
- Implementation of new in house EPR for the company.
- Making agreement with customers, distributors, modern trade outlet and corporate parties as an when required.
- Maintaining fixed asset register of the company time to time.
- Processing TT Payment and LC payment for importing packing item import and machine import from China.
- Initiative of PF Audit and processing final settlement (Gratuity + PF) for outgoing employees of the company.
- Conduct production audit after inventory counting of every month.
- Coordinate with head office tax team regarding annual statutory audit of the company (providing information relating to Sales, TDS, VAT, VDS, Bill Submission, Capex purchase etc.)
- Any Other responsibility assigned by management time to time.
Education:
- MBA/M.Com in Accounting/Finance/Management from reputed University
- CA will get preference
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Group of Industries.
- 8 to 10 years in Accounts department. Minimum 3 year’s experienced as Assistant Manager/ Manager, Finance & Accounts
