Purpose of the Job:
Lead the IT department for the development and adaptation of new technology, smooth and faster operations that assist of business to achieve its growth targets.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead IT department and make strategic plan to create business value through technology.
Execute IT related strategic plan to achieve business objectives.
Monitor operational tech systems and procedures to keep it in line with business goals.
Analyze performance of IT department personnel.
Assess IT architecture.
Assess information risk management (IRM).
Establish IT policies, strategies, and standards.
Plan and approve technology budgets.
Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing the work of subordinate employees.
Try to establish Global IT function.
Coordinate with regional & local SAP team.
Education:
Bachelor/Masters in any Computer Science Engineering (CSE).
Experience:
13-15 years of experience.
Skills:
1. Knowledge about network connectivity.
2. Knowledge about hardware devices.
3. Knowledge about modern IT trends.
4. Through knowledge about SAP roll out.
