We are hiring for a local pharmaceutical company
Position: GM/DGM Operations

Job Responsibilities:
Maintains the stability and reputation of all Clinic by complying with legal requirements.
Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing all clinical operational policies and procedures manual.
Implement and maintain clinical operational policies and procedures to incorporate a sales plan, cost control, shrinkage management and reduction, audit compliance and people management.
Contributes to future development at strategic and operational level.
Plans, identifies, communicates and delegates key responsibilities and practices to the clinic management team to ensure smooth flow of clinical operations.
Achieve financial objectives by preparing budgets, scheduling expenditure, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
Work closely with Head of Supply Chain & Medical Director to provide quality clinical information.
Will be responsible for Turnover and adhering to operative margins as per the business plan
Ensuring financial effectiveness and short / long-range planning of the clinic for the respective Divisions performance.
To plan and develop, self-supportive revenue generating programs from autonomous departments as appropriate
Planning and reviewing the execution of operational tasks like infrastructure growth, recruiting, performance reviews and compensation, budgeting and accounting.
Devising ways to improve the operational efficiency
Collaborate with Clinical and other professional staff in developing, implementing and evaluating policies and programs for continual improvement in the delivery of high quality and cost-effective care and services
Highlight, strategic and operational problems and issues in day-to-day transactions and to work jointly for inclusive solutions
Devising and implementing control mechanisms to address variances.
Develop department wise Operating policies which focus on the care of the patient and promote retention of prospective patient.
Requirements:
At least 12 year(s) of experience
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hospital or Clinical operation & Leadership Role
Graduation & Post Graduation in any discipline
