Responsibilities
>Develop, execute and evaluate annual HR budget and monitor to implement.
>Ensure on-time recruitment of workers and supervisors at the TEL & BLL plant for smooth plant operation.
>Ensure Induction of all new employees/workers that helps adapt to a new environment.
>Implement all HR, Admin policies and other standards in the production floor to stay safe, more productive and compliant.
>Assist Head Office HR in the timely performance appraisal process.
>Establish standard grievance procedure to address and resolve interpersonal conflicts.
>Counsel workers for discipline, absenteeism, and unsatisfactory performance.
>Ensure safety and security of the people and resources at the plant and evaluate for improvement.
>Conduct analysis on absenteeism and turnover and take appropriate actions to reduce them.
>Liaise with Govt and non-govt agencies like Department of Inspection for Factories and Establishments, environment office, police station, fire & civil department, local clinic/hospitals, local influencers, etc to maintain work environment.
>HR Issues: Preparing HR Policies & HR planning, Handling Recruitment and selection, Training and Development, Employee relation and disciplinary procedure, Performance Management. Compensation & Benefits Management.
>To aware of the employees regarding health and safety issues.
>To maintain and renew all kinds of legal licenses.
>Need to look after the labor issues in line with existing labor law and other government regulations.
Educational Requirements: BBA & MBA (Major at Human Resources Management)
Salary Range: 120K to 150K
Experience: 8-10 Years at least 2 Years in managerial position
Industry Experience: FMCG or Electronics Industry
Must stay in Narsighdi after getting appointment letter
