Assist to ensure the safety, security and well-being of all personnel, visitors, and the establishments of the organization.
Assist to assess risk and safety hazards of organization’s offices local security situation.
Assist to conduct investigations of incidents to find out the fact and root cause, analysis and solve incident.
Assist to monitor and communicate security status, updates, and actual or potential problems, using established protocols.
Assist in analyzing and evaluating security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement through auditing, review, or assessment.
Assist to implement security protocols and ensure safety of all office premises, monitor and confirm security guard’s operation.
Assist Manager to inspect corporate office and other important establishments of the organization to ensure safety & security of man & materials and necessary establishments.
Assist to ensure the operational priorities such as conduct fire safety drill periodically, avoid theft, risk mitigation in all business concern of the organization.
Assist in analyzing and evaluating security operations to identify risks or opportunities for improvement through audit, review, or assessment.
Carry out periodical visit in all the premises including night time to identify the security lapses and advise remedial measures accordingly.
Assist to recruit and train security guards, evaluate their performance and ensure discipline of the department.
Assist to implement suitable safety & security policy and procedures, codes and guidelines for the department of Safety & Security.
Experience: At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Safety & Security department of a reputed organization.
Education: Minimum Business Graduate from reputed university. Additional educational/professional certification on security administration or similar field will get preference.
