Education: Minimum Bachelor's in relevant area
Experience: 2-3 yrs.

Job responsibility:
* Assist and support end users by following IT "End-To-End" processes
by registering and following up tickets using caretaker.
* Conduct day-to-day IT operations by ensuring availability of IT
services and applications to provide seamless connectivity to
users. Perform regular status checks and co-ordinate with service vendors for support.
* Ensure high availability of internet connectivity, LAN/WAN for
business applications with acceptable latency within internal and
external network available by co-ordinating with vendors/service
providers. * Conduct regular meetings with vendors/ISP to get best solutios,
pricing which will benefit Jotun
* Align and coordinate with GroupIT for standards and
procedurs.
* Check assignment group in Caretaker and the daily case managementreports to ensure that there are no aging cases that has breached the
SLA and we resolve all cases in GREEN.
* Have regular meetings with the stake holders e.g. dept.
managers,
management team etc to understand their challenges and articulate howthey can leverage on the suite of IT tools we have today
to be moreefficient.
* Provide IT inputs to various factory/office projects in the local
company and to make sure required IT infrastructure is in place as per business requirements.
