Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for execution and delivery of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales plan.
Achieving Secondary sales target in assigned area using sales automation software.
Supervising, managing and coaching a team of Pre-Sales Representatives (PSR).
Presenting effective sales reports to immediate supervisors (ASM)
Ensuring the execution of Trade Promotions, Trade Marketing initiatives and Schemes.
Keeping updated with Market Intelligence and making the best use of it in assigned area.
Exploring new and potential markets
Qualifications and Skills:
Graduate in any discipline from a well reputed University
1-2 years of experience
Experienced in FMCG industry
Age: At best 30 Years.
Should have experience in a sales role (TM/TO/ TSO/DSE) for at least 1 yearin top tier local or multinational companies.
Good proficiency in verbal and written communication (both Bangla and English).
Should be highly analytical, adaptable, flexible and team oriented.
