 Position: Business Manager, Exclusive Dealer Network

Job Responsibilities
1. Ensure Sales Target, both quantity and value
2. Monitor & coordinate the activities of Sales Forces
3. Monitor the activities of the Dealers & their field forces.
4. Implement the Company Objectives in the market.
5. Ensure realization of 100% receivables/credit related to primary sales.
6. Ensure the arrangement and maintenance of the updated market and route wise party list.
7. Visit and ensure productivity of respective area
8. Ensure merchandising at the outlets in his/her region
9. Provide regular feedback to the Management.
10. Identify and solve market related problems.
11. Motivate the Sales Force for achieving 100% target.
12. Train the Sales Force regarding product knowledge and professional skill development.
13. Sales administrative activities in collaboration with line management
 
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor degree in any discipline from Reputed Public & Private Universities. Master’s degree is preferable.
 
Skills Required: Business Development, Dealer Sales, Handling Dealers, sales and Distribution
 
Experience Requirements:
1.At least 8 year(s) professional experience in relevant field.
 
2.The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):-
Dealer Management, Dealer Sales, Sales & Marketing
 
3.The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):-
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
