Job Description

1. TSD and pug mill should be kept clean and tidy before charging any batch.
2. Before charging any batch, the water must be subjected to UV treatment to ensure acceptance.
3. Before charging any batch of water, RM quality and measurement must be confirmed.
4. Grinding time and proper temperature should be ensured.
5. The pH should be checked.
6. 40 (forty) degree temperature must be ensured before adding emulsion to TSD.
7. If you want to do any kind of post edition, you have to ensure its correct mix.
8. Process floor hygiene should be ensured properly.
9. Emulsion pipelines should be cleaned with bayside solution every week.
10. Ensure safety of water base process floor.
