Role Profile : This role is accountable for handling, monitoring and controlling financial reporting, accounts consolidation and 
budgetary control process for the companies, in alignment with the overall 
group governance architecture.
Corporate Designation : Assistant General Manager / Sr. Manager Finance.
Market Facing Designation : CFO
Salary:  Negotiable.

Educational Qualification : CA qualified.
Experience : Minimum 12 years of relevant functional an peoplemanagement experience, preferably in MNC/Listed 
company.
Job Description :
·Define policies and guidelines for financial reporting
aligning with the operating conditions of the businesses/units of the
designated area and local law requirements.
·Assist in developing financial strategy, goals and targets for
the designated units/businesses in line with the group 
governance  architecture.
·Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial
reports or statements.
·Prepare format for receiving budgetary requisition from the
units and function heads.
·Ensure compliance in accounting operations and accounts
settlement in the designated areas.
·Monitor the cash flow and liquidity within the designated
areas.
·Monitor periodic review of the budget utilization of the units
and functions.
·Review accounts book of the units periodically.
·Forecast the cash flow of the units within the designated
area.
·Identify ways and ensure optimization of cash flow in the
assigned units and functions.
·Ensure calculation and payment of the tax liabilities
according to the tax regulations.
·Incorporate planning, management, operations and monitoring of internal control, policies etc.
·Support HoD of Finance & Accounts in preparation of projection
on budget for the forthcoming year.
·Coordinate with audit team for any internal, statutory or
special audit.
·Maintain liaison with TAX & VAT office time to time , if
required attend the hearing against the case.
