Position Name- Lead Liaison (Manager)
Report to: The Head Procurement under the Supply Chain Department.
 
Job Location: Chittagong.
Salary: Negotiate.
 
Justification of the position:
The Role will liaise with different Regulatory Departments as Explosive, Narcotics, Customs and BSTI. Support and coordinate client's assigned Agents/Consultants to issue /renew required license, Permissions and No Objection Certificates
 
Key Deliverables:
Check, study the regulatory requirements and latest guidelines for Explosives, Narcotics, Customs, BSTI and other regulatory compliance for all Import and storage related activities.
 
Coordinate for placing Applications for the mentioned regulatory
Licenses, Approvals and Permit.
 
Arrange approvals/permissions for required volume Quota for the relevant materials per period.
 
Liaise and Pursue for getting NOC (No Objections Certificates) in all applicable cases from required regulatory departments.
 
Coordinate and support with necessary information, priority and guidance on driving activities for client's Agents/ Consultants assigned in the respective departments.
 
Coordinate with client's VAT & Customs Team, CORA Team and Commercial Team to facilitate release of Consignments from Ports in due time incurring least cost.
 
Support client's Factories with necessary information and latest guidelines from Explosives, Narcotics, Customs, BSTI and other regulatory bodies to facilitate readiness by the respective Factory Managements.

Educational Qualifications: MBA Or Master's in any Discipline.
Experience :  Minimum 8 Years.
