Senior Manager Finance & Accounts

Job Context
We are Looking an efficient, dynamic, smart, energetic, dedicated & experienced team member for the position Sr. Manager for the Finance & Accounts department for a renowned University/ Medical College.

Job Responsibilities
·       Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including : accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
·       Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements.
·       Preparing monthly, quarterly and year-end closing financial reports.
·       Recording bill, vouchers and ensure posting in Tally software.
·       Bank Payment Voucher and all kind of Journal voucher posting in Tally software.
·       Checking monthly VAT returns with required supporting documents and submission to VAT online on time.
·       Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.
·       Maintains accounting controls by establishing a chart of accounts and defining accounting policies and procedures.
·       Maintain company accounts, cash & bank transactions and preparing cash & fund flow statement.
·       Responsible for tax planning throughout the fiscal year; files annual corporate tax return.
·       Presents recommendations to management on short- and long-term financial objectives and policies.
·       Provides financial analysis with an emphasis on capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations.
·       Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
·       Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned by the management.

Educational Requirements
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance or, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting & Information System, Master of Commerce (MCom) in Commerce.
Completed CA/ACCA / FCCA professional courses from reputed CA firm will be privileged .
Skills Required: Accounting and Finance, Auditing, Banking, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
Experience Requirements
·       5 to 9 year(s)
·       The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting, Cost and budget, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
·       The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Group of Companies, Hospital, Manufacturing (FMCG).
Additional Requirements
·       Age 30 to 45 years
·       Both males and females are allowed to apply
·       Proven Work Experiences in Accounting & Finance.
·       Good Knowledge is Tally software.
·       Advance computer skill on MS Office, MS Excel, Accounting Software and Databases.
·       Highly communication skill in English language,
·       Knowledge in software based working system.
·       Capable to work under pressure.
·       High attention to detail and accuracy.
·       Good interpersonal & communication skill.
·       Commitment to promote organizational values.
·       Have to have positive attitude.
