Role profile : This role is accountable for defining operational
strategy for SASL as a business unit and execution of it's. Ensure
delegating and directing objectives, driving profitability, managing
company organizational structure, strategy, and communicating with the board.

Experience : 
15-20 years of working experience in relevant functional
field and must have worked in the similar role for last 3 years in a
reputed Brokerage House with proven track record.

Educational requirement :
 Post-Graduation/ Graduation in Accounting/
MBA in Finance from any reputed public or private university.
Preferably qualified CA/ CMA/ CFA.

Candidate must have:

·Sound knowledge about Capital Market, Bond Market, Merchant
Banking, Issue Management, and Underwriting.
·Conversant with the Rules, Regulations, and Policies of
Securities & Exchange Commission, Dhaka Stock Exchange, Central Depository Bangladesh Limited, and other regulatory 
bodies.
·Knowledge about Fundamental and Technical Analysis of
Capital Market Products.
·Well Conversant with Investment Products and ability to
develop efficient portfolio management strategies.
·Conceptually sound in transaction/trading on securities,
Brokerage & Merchant Banking Operations (equities, bonds, debentures,
etc).
Job Description :
.Create annual business plan for SASL within organizational
guidelines, aligned to overall business strategy.
·Execution of short-term & long-term strategies & operation
plans based on financial analysis.
·Analyze market trend & market forecasting mechanisms.
·Ensure profitability target by maximizing revenues from
Corporate, Retail & Foreign Portfolios.
·Able to set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the whole
team and have clear ideas to attain target.
·Comply with the Rules, Regulations, and Policies of
Securities & Exchange Commission, Dhaka Stock Exchange, Central
Depository Bangladesh Limited, and other regulatory bodies.
·Maintain liaison with regulatory authorities and prominent
customers.
Budget : 2.5 lac maximum 2 bonuses yearly .
 Basic is 50% of gross salary.Leave 14 days in a year.
