1.Oversee the accounts department & it's functions including but not limited to Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Financial Report & Controls. ? Ensure accurate and timely recording and provisioning of all financial transactions including income, expenses, assets and liabilities into accounting systems. 2. Ensure that all books of accounts (ledger, journal etc.) are maintained at full up-to-date condition all times.
3.Preparation of Financial Statement as per IAS, BAS & GAAP and control over the movement.
4.Ensure VAT, Taxation and other Govt. legislation type works are properly done in a timely manner.
5.Comply with all corporate accounting procedure & norms.
6.Perform any other duties assigned by management as required.
