Brief job description:
• Oversee all administrative, safety and security issues of regional office and production units (poultry farm, hatchery, feed-mill and compost plant) • Ensure the maintenance of official records, by-laws, and standing rules as per company policy and Land of law • Oversee Employee Relations functions (such as: Attendance & Leave, Grievance & Complaints Handling, Disciplinary Procedure, Compensation & Benefits, etc.) in regional office and production units • Develop and maintain smooth relationship with government authority, local community and public figures to manage and control any unexpected issues • Oversee maintenance of effective CSR by establishing smooth relationship with local community and other key stake holders • Assist corporate HR Department to prepare annual manpower planing of regional office and production units • Responsible for overall recruitment of non-management employees, casual and seasonal workers of regional office and production units
Additional Job Requirements:
• Broad experience in handling legal procedures (filing GD & criminal cases, resolving land dispute), liaison with local administration, police and law enforcing agencies
