Head Of Business

We are looking for Senior  Level  person for our client`s newly developed business. Initial stage, he will do the  project feasibility study , plant set up etc. later on plant operation and sales & marketing will be look after by him.

Responsible for leading the agriculture based  Business P&L of the company through effective technology & Plant set up, develop both front and back end supply chain, development and implementation of Sales, Marketing strategies and integrating the same with production plan to deliver quality products as per customer expectations with strict adherence to safety, quality and environment norms. Minimum 15 years of total work experience in Food Industry with leadership experience.
 
The candidate should have experiences in setting up agriculture based  Processing plant, understand the value chain of the  business, Manufacturing & Quality Management System and in depth knowledge on Global crops / products supply chain and trading. Graduation in Agriculture. International training / Certifications in Operations Management and Sales & Marketing is preferable.
 
During project phase Study the market, explore potentials to develop and grow both locally and Internationally  ,Overall capacity planning of the Plant and Finalize the Feasibility, To set up the agriculture based  plant (technology, systems and skilled workforce) ,Detailed manufacturing layout and business planning, Sourcing of the  Machineries and raw materials, Manpower Planning & Hiring including experienced consultant to design and setting up the Plant and Other Project Management Activities.
