Distribution Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities
Manage sales including preparing of Area wise sales target, formulating incentive for Field Force, Expense monitoring, setting tour program. Achieve monthly and yearly Sales target as per Annual Operation Plan of the Territory.
Effectively implement Sales, Promotional activities/Trade schemes and Merchandising.
Regularly monitor distribution gaps and take corrective actions for increasing numeric distribution of all the products.
Monitor Area Sales Manager, Territory Sales Manager and Sales Executive.
Formulate agenda of monthly sales meeting, evaluation of Field Forces performance
Plan, organize and monitor the sales activities to ensure the targeted sales objective
Implement and evaluate product launching and promotional activities
Collect regular marketing feedback with an objective to remain updated about the industry and provide strategic guidance for upgrading weak market
Keep the team member motivated to attain any assigned job and providing effective training.
Develop proper forecast planning and inventory management in the depot and customer level
Build a strong network building in the segment of Traders and End users.
Visit regular of external customer i.e. distributors and all level of the customer to get regular and situation oriented support.
Use leadership techniques to motivate and develop Sales representative and identify the training needs of our associates and implementing training programs to build up professionalism.
Keep up to date information of competitor's products and ensure fair communication from customers to Management and Management to Customers.

Educational Requirements
Graduate from any discipline. Business graduate preferred.

1-3 years of experience as Supervisor in renowned FMCG Company. Stationary experience will get preference.
Good Leadership interpersonal communication skill, Good sales knowledge, can translate customer needs to business, good interpersonal communication skill, Conversation starter, Good listener, patience for handling different type of people, can translate customer needs to business.
Ability to maintain self-composure in a high pressure work place.
