My job responsibility is Oil & Consumer production manufacturing and packaging machineries Installation, preventive maintenance, Trouble- shooting, Calibration and management of an engineering team.
 
Preparing an engineering related work like Preventive maintenance schedule, duty roster, spare parts list, documentation in log, communication with vendor, Preparation of SOP etc.
PLC based Production machineries, calibration the instruments.
 
General Electricity, Diesel Generator, Air Compressor, Boiler, Air Conditioner, WTP, ETP, Fire Alarm and detection System, Fire Fighting System, supervise civil construction work, Solar system, CC camera, Calibration all Equipment. Look after the maintenance work for production and utility machinery.
Key Achievement:
Troubles shoot all electrical problems of PLC based machines.
Supervises the Preventive maintenance work for all production and utility machinery.
Supervises Electrical and Mechanical breakdown maintenance of all production and utility machinery.
Calibration work done of all Equipment’s and instruments and Documentation in log book.
Purchase of spare parts of the respective machineries (Local market).
Preventive maintenance of all Production machines.
To prepare preventive maintenance schedule according to requirement of machineries.
To ensure the spares of the respective machinery.
 Supervised & maintain the Engineering store.
I have ability to done the operation and maintenance of General Electricity BBT system, 33/11KV outdoor substation 4MW, 11KV/ 415V indoor substation 4MW, Diesel Generator 2MW, Air Compressor 74 KW , Boiler 4410 LBS, Central AC, Chiller- 450 ton, 2000kg 6 floor lift -02.  Central UPS, WTP, ETP, Fire detection and protection System, Fire Fighting System, Solar system, CC camera etc.
 
Project completed:
60 KL mineral oil reserve tank.
Guest house and new project Boundary wall.
Canopy shed for 60 KL tank area.
FAS and Fire Hydrant system installation complete.
Factory under CC camera installation work completed.
Dabur Bellyful Hair oil new manufacturing line design and install.

 Experience in Operation & Maintenance of BHIS (Baggage handling information system) fully automation system.
Executes preventive & corrective maintenance accordingly to the instruction given by the superior. Carries out periodical checks, maintenance. Inspections based on the daily operation and maintenance report.
Understanding all Electrical/mechanical components in the system fault analysis & troubleshooting.
Maintenance and Trouble-Shooting of electrical equipment.
